I used to watch BYU games with a guy who wanted a first down/touchdown every offensive play and who wanted a TFL/sack/incompletion on every defensive play.
We've been getting 350+ yards and 24+ against decent teams. We'll have our opportunities against USF, Utah State, Idaho State for the offense to really get going. But anybody expecting 35+ points and 500 yards against a steady diet of P5's needs to look at their expectations.
I agree that there are points and yards left on the board, but, sometimes, the D makes a play, confuses the QB, or has a perfect call against what we're running.
