At a high level and don't win. Having talent doesn't mean you're walking into a win. UCLA a few years ago had like 7 guys leave early for the draft, and they were all on a team that wasn't winning much. UCLA is like this constantly. Look at Tennessee. USC, Texas, FSU. List goes on. Loads of talent that goes on to succeed in the NFL.
