wealthy Chinese merchants who are sending their children to the US and the UK to be educated will be a major catalyst in this revolution, whether they know it or not. Same with the wealthy Chinese who raised their children in Hong Kong prior to the Communist Party taking it over in the late 90s.

Chinese citizens who are educated in democratic countries or democratic environments (like Hong Kong once was) will realize on an even deeper level the kind of corruption and human rights abuses taking place in China. They will be angry about it. They will go back to China armed with the knowledge of what freedom really looks and smells like, and many of them will assume posts in their family business or will attain high positions in other areas. They will become wealthy and influential themselves, and at that point they will have the resources (knowledge, money, & power) to start agitating for a better life, free from the oppression of the Communist regime. It's just a matter of time before it happens.

History has shown that you cannot repress the human spirit for too long. Humans were born to be free, and any government that denies that freedom will not last.
