Mine was $3200 at Lasik Plus in 2019.

I went to the eye institute of Utah and the doctor was young and sketchy. Tried convincing me I wasn't a good candidate for certain things. Lasik Plus was great start to finish. Especially the way they explained things and broke it all down. Plus the price.
