This is good long term. Will force employers to adapt to get the best employees. Short term gonna be some pains.
The modern work office and hours needed to be adapted in the US. This will force it. People will need to work, they'll just look for a job that better suits lifestyle needs over $$$ now. But in order to get those employees, the $$ offered by employers will have to go up as well. So this isn;t a bad thing.
