It's an incredible time to make demands as a worker. It's never been like this.

I was able to negotiate permanent remote work even though there is a strict no-people-managers-can-be-remote policy. It had to go to the CFO for approval. And I'm not a big enough fish to justify needing CFO approval. So they take this policy very seriously. But I was able to get it.

This is good long term. Will force employers to adapt to get the best employees. Short term gonna be some pains.
