Working from home and her employer wants to go back but haven’t yet made a policy. She’s already looked at remote jobs on indeed and there are quite a few out of state options. I doubt she would return full time to the office if they required it. Commute and the grind from the office can’t compete with work from home.

I’m sure some will return to office but there are more options now for remote work than before Covid.
