You should be able to click on BNB coin where you will see the amount that you have. Up above there will be something that says transfer. Click it. Then it will ask if you want to deposit or withdraw. You are going to withdraw. Then you need to tell it where you are sending the tokens. Open your trustwallet and click where it says receive, then click on BNB. It will display a hash of characters, and above it a QR code. Save the characters, then go back to crypto.com and enter those as the address you are sending the BNB to. Make certain that you are sending BNB into your BNB hash, and not a different coin. If you send it to the wrong place it will be lost. You can save your trustwallet as a favorite. Do not add a memo. You can then send the BNB over and it will appear in your trust wallet after some period of time depending on how broken BNB is. It took mine 4 hours today.
