If nothing else, the reality is that there is essentially NO for sale inventory
in a lot of markets (there are exceptions) and what is for sale is either undesirable or unaffordable for various reasons. Based on what I seem to be seeing, it feels like in most markets even a gigantic wave of these kinds of properties becoming available would only meet the demand that seems to be out there.
But who knows. If everything came available at once that would be one thing, but markets tend to have a way of working this kind of thing out one way or another.
