So how did those conversations go when your wife or date came out with an outfit or color you detested? Did you rip

Them without restraint? Was that a winning formula? It isn't always about "us".

If the Cougs came out fired up wearing chartreuse and kicked the snot out if the yewts, I'm scoring a chartreuse ballcap.

I'd take a fired up team wearing Navy who wins rather than Royal or white and see them play flat. People were downright tired of royal in the late 90's.
