Can't speak for Tadow. But I used to do nothing but isometric workouts for a few
years, including many many pushups. When I finally went back to the gym, I'd put 70 pounds on my bench press max. As far as physique goes, I didn't put on much weight, but my strength had definitely increased as had definition and muscle tone.
