ZW was not good in 2019. See Utah, SDSU, and Hawaii and other examples.
Anyone that does not see that ZW 2020 and the work he did in the offseason to prepare for 2020 elevated him to a new level is simply in denial.
Objective reviewers will look atvthe body of work. 2020 would have erased the memory of 2019, but the SOS was weak.
We may want to look only at 2020, but others need to convince themselves that ZW could do that vs Utah, UW, etc.
You might have noticed that as we came limping into the end of the season - a lot of BYU fans suddenly wanted no part of trying to schedule Utah.
Even BYU fans were a bit nervous.
A dominant performance vs CCU might have helped erase 2019. But ZW was not dominant vs CCU. Not 2019 bad. But not dominant.
