I said this a few weeks ago and got a lot of pushback: Scouts and GMs have a tendency to discount/ignore a player's performance vs weak competition. When they review film, it's mostly to see how a player performs against NFL caliber players. This evaluator is ignorant to ignore that ZW was not playing at 100% last year, but it's not surprising that his film review does not include Western Kentucky and South Texas. He pulled up the Washington game because (in general) those games are a better indicator of a player's NFL readiness.
