This is our situation. No small business wants to go through hiring and

training only to have them leave for any reason. However, it's the world we live in. I've had many people over the years only last 6 months. We have a ton that have stayed for decades but seems like we rotate through people in certain positions till we find a lifer.

It's the cost of business.
