Or is it just a pattern that evokes traditional rug weaving? If it has a connection to the sky, clouds, or knowledge in some way, it is a great starting point. If it is just supposed to look traditional, it could still work, but it is always better when you have some deeper meaning.

I agree with others in that there may be too much going on. I'd eliminate the asymmetrical blue cloud below the symmetrical/geometric symbol. Also, consider ways to eliminate at least one other color, if not two. Which shapes could be cut out to create negative space so the shape persists, but the color is eliminated? For example, think about the FedEx logo. The way the Ex lines up, the space in between the letters makes an arrow pointing to the right.

Another way to think about it is if it were to go on a polo shirt or hat, one color embroidery is going to be a lot less expensive to produce than 3-4 colors. If embroidered on a polo, it will be fairly small, so you'll want it to be fairly distinguishable at that size. Fewer colors will help with that.

I disagree with those that don't like the two different font weights you use in the wordmark. As long as they are from the same font family, it can work. I personally prefer a font that is a little more geometric, mainly the "C" in FORCE doesn't feel circular enough, but that is just me.
