Growing up, my dad would always reference our “Swiss heritage”
Then I got old enough to use FamilySearch and, to my surprise, couldn’t find a single ancestor from Switzerland. But turns out we have tons from Sweden.
Had to teach my dad that Swiss ≠ Swedish.
