Point is that it is terrible if he really never has prepared defense in how to
Defend the option.
Triple option is more forgivable, but option is something that many teams have ran against us, and our defense should know how to defend it, and least know what it is and the concepts

So if we put our D into punt formation on 3rd down, that is likely to work better than using our regular D.
