Intervention Needed
Hasn't Utah been in a significant drought for decades?
I honestly don't know, but have always had the impression from discussions on here and the fact that Utah is a desert climate that drought is always a thing there.

This is the most dry hot Summer I can remember in Utah. Just miserable.

Fires in 2018 were unbearable. Let’s just hope idiots don’t set it on fire!

We’re indoors all summer except for swimming which cools you off, even in 115

Fall is where it's at. It's just too short.

This is why when CB mocks my city, I just smile and think of San Francisco fog.

Ya but there’s poop on the sidewalks.

But poop cleaners make six figures a year and have a fancy title in SF.

Summers suck, but at least there isn't humidity. After having experienced that

Hey, we'll trade you. WA will send cooler weather and rain in trade for warmer temps and sun. We haven't hit 80 yet this

Has it really been that hot? I play soccer 3-5 times a week outside and it has seemed unusually cool until recently.

I don’t think I was very clear. I thought “dry hot” would suggest “dry heat.”

Dry yes, but hot? Now sure, But you are forgetting June, we had several weeks
akmewg

I specifically didn’t say “hot” because I was referencing the dry heat
dchandle15

For sure, it’s been a really dry heat and it’s been rough keeping the lawn green

That's weird. Last month was the wettest June in several years. And the mountains got snow on June 29-30.

Most of Utah is in a significant drought right now. People just want to argue.
