If my goal was to make it "like new" without doing a full on overhaul of the engine, I would replace the fuel pump, filter, injectors, and coils, along with spark plugs.

I should have seen the wheel bearings coming.

I've replaced 3 timing belts. Doubt I ever buy another engine with a timing belt, though, chains 4 life.
