I've never seen a video of this play, but for players to make a big hit on an opposing player and then celebrate it is pretty common. If after a few moments (maybe 10 seconds or so) when it might be obvious he was injured, and the players continued to celebrate, then, yes, it is bush league and uncalled for. But celebrating moments after a hit - not unusual, unless I am missing something since I've never seen the play.
