This a good goal, but 3 months is looking like the amount of time supply chains
need to ramp up production of the necessary supplies and distribute.
Unfortunately the epicenter of the virus - Wuhan, China - is home to 80% of the worlds ppe factories (most significantly gowns and masks).
They are back into production now, but there's been a 3-4 month lag.
