It was really the early acting states (mostly because they were harder hit initially) that have seen that curve bending. Again, it's too soon to be sure, but it's far better what had been happening a week or two ago. And it makes sense, since we're now two weeks into this lockdown, and a little longer since some serious changes began to happen in people's behavior.
I still have no idea how we move forward without being practically under house arrest with our economy at a standstill on the one hand, and an increased growth in the virus on the other. We need some strategies to walk the tightrope.
