Dr. Birx said yesterday that to date the virus has not had an attack rate above

1 in a thousand in any country in the world (i.e. the frequency that the virus appears in a population). This is what the Oxford study is based upon. If that attack rate holds, these guys will be proven to be geniuses. Only way to prove this though is through antibody testing.
