That was fact.

Why, bc he is suspect in a crime... done.

Major Trial reporting is fine bc it is reporting on the trial... that inherently covers it.

Saying someone was arrested for suspected DUI invokes perception of guilt. Does not support “innocent until proven guilty” ( if that’s even a thing anymore).
