Yep, this. It took a while after graduation from BYU to get a career job.
I was going up against multiple people with masters degrees for a beginner position at a bank. Couldn't even get interviews with most of the job openings I applied to.

Nope. I bought my first home in 2008 at a premium. Sold it a few years later and was lucky to sell it for what I owed.
