On registration day before my junior year in HS I was planning on signing up for a bunch of cupcake classes to continue my mediocre slide through life. But I arrived about the same time as Brenda P., who was, without a doubt, the most beautiful girl in school. She was going to be a senior, and I, like every kid in school, had a mad crush on her. She got in line to sign up for advanced biology and chemistry lab, so I just jumped in line behind her. 2 hours a day in class with Brenda seemed like a great way to spend my junior year.
Turns out, I loved both classes, and figured I wanted to be a doctor, based on those 2 classes. Didn't hurt that both classes were taught by the best teacher in the school. I pursued sciences at Ricks then USU, and the rest is history.
