I think every poster should have a rating. I've suggested that in the past.
Add enough mods or judges to judge each message on a scale of 1 to 100. Each person gets a score based on average rating.
We could even list it as a ratio. For example, Belboz is a 1:50 which would mean that Belboz posts 1 good message for every 50 worthless messages he posts.
