refuse let you buy tickets from the University ever again under your name/address, and publicly announce that you have been banned to everyone. All of those are way easy to enforce. Yeah, you are right you could slip by easily and go into game still by getting tickets under a phony name and billing address or get them from a friend/family member (if they are just as messed up as you are), but at that point what is the point in cheering and supporting a University that has told you they don't want you there. I don't see any reason why anyone (even a crazy dude like this guy) would want to go cheer and support a University that has publicly told you that you are not wanted and welcome.
