Well as we saw with Bronco, the HC can be bad at recruiting but as long...
...as he has a group of assistants who are good at it we can survive. There were definitely recruits that Bronco connected with but it seems like as I read comments from recruits on who their main contact with the team had been during their recruitment rarely was it Bronco and most often it was someone like Brandon Doman, Holiday, etc.
