Seems like making solid strategic decisions vs. going with your gut may be a better example to guys this age. Yes, the confidence can be inspiring, but it may be better to show some prudence. Again, not trying to get too deep, but I’d argue that work and rational thought would be more likely to succeed long term, with some emotion thrown in to push you over the edge. Show the guys that sometimes the emotional call isn’t the right one. Maybe my bias is showing.
