Being an active member is a requirement to be the head coach
It's a logical question when discussing potential past and future head coaches.
It's also a logical question when talking about current players who may or may not be considering serving a mission.
If it's so personal and we shouldn't be discussing a person's activity in the church, then the church shouldn't make that a requirement to be the head coach.
