I know you didn’t write the rule but ‘business professional’?
Do Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft, etc count as businesses or ‘professional’ environments? Such rules do not prepare students for the business world.

The rule of no capris is not because it shows leg. Girls can wear knee length skirts.
