he's a great example of what i'm talking about. if he can improve to
38-42%, in that range, you're probably talking about a perennial all-nba guy. if he can't and he stays at 30-34%, he's still a guy who can help you with his athleticism, passing, defensive versatility and motor - maybe a bust for his 3rd overall draft slot, but at least he can do some things to help the team.
