Heat some water in a microwave in containers that can be moved to the sides of the microwave after they are heated.
Place the dough in a container that fits into the microwave.
The hot water in the microwave makes for a warm, humid, environment that speeds up the raising process vs leaving it out in room temp.
When I do this it takes about 20 for the dough to double.
If you are not in a rush letting it raise longer at room temp, or overnight in the fridge, can help add more flavor to the bread.
