The owner of a company I worked with a few years ago was really into bio hacking
or whatever it is called. He wrote a book and his thing was he would do 1 extremely hard workout for like 20 minutes once a week. The workout was almost completely leg based. Something about working your legs increases muscle mass over your entire body. He looked like he was in good shape so it must have worked to some extent.
