I've used an inversion chair in the past to help it but stop using it after my last race while I was on a break.

Again, I can almost reproduce it on demand and it's always gone away. This is the first time I've ever had it gone on for weeks now.

My biggest concern is I do lose feeling to my right leg for small periods of time while sitting and first starting to walk. It's almost as if it comes back around once blood starts flowing to the area again. But in the mean time it feels like two plates pressing down on each other and the pain is horrible. All there for about 10 or so mins then it goes away as long as I'm standing. I can't run or anything but I can at least walk upright without pain.
