- Again, these are not the same thing. Removing Heroine from his life and replacing it with an "addiction" of exercising is a hugely beneficial "trade". It solves the obvious problem of being a heroine user. Even if were using roids (which I'm not convinced of) it would be a significantly better trade and have much better prognosis.
My guess is you haven't really worked in addiction recovery, because you're responding with platitudes.

"IF this is his way of dealing with it, it's not going to do him any good long term."
