A's were even close to a violation. I think it lets the players know to keep moving, but won't rush them.

The other rule that I want is a three batter minimum for pitchers. The specialization of the bullpen has gone too far, and a plethora of pitching changes is far worse than a pitcher taking too long between pitches.
