Its difficult without a body
And the individual pieces alone are not enough but when you take it all together I believe it is enough. I still don't understand why he was not arrested.

Guilty

Before or after he torched the house with his children inside?

Well it would be hard to put him on trial after he killed himself, Indy.

Although I would have suspected he was guilty, it's easy to say you would have

I think he was guilty. But if I were on a jury my vote would have to be not

I would have voted guilty — based on circumstantial evidence. The only thing

And that's the problem. Hard to convict without a body.

Agreed - the only reasonable theory I've heard is that Josh murdered her

I've watched too many movies. She could have been framing him with a note like

There is little to no chance she is still alive. There has been zero trace of

The "blood" wasn't very sigificant at all. You can't convict someone for murder
Jericho
1/17/19 9:34am
It was huge that he lied about cleaning blood off the couch.
Blue Ghost

The evidence that is most damning in my opinion is his actions after she went missing
Remigius
1/17/19 10:45am
But none of that is strong enough evidence to convict someone of murder, IMO. It's weird and concerning, but that's it.

I’m only on episode 6 but I couldn’t convict him, sadly, based on what I’ve heard so far.

Yep, everyone knows he killed her, but there is not enough evidence to convict.

But I do think that if I was on the jury and sitting in court and all the stuff was explained further by the prosecutor,

There was just enough evidence to get a hung jury. Some would see it as enough,
