Yep, everyone knows he killed her, but there is not enough evidence to convict.

Sure, things point to that he might have a motive......marital issues, his freaky dad, she was wanting out, he had spoken about where to hide bodies, taking out a huge life insurance policy.......but in the end the police knew that all they had was not going to convict him.
