I believe the poor finishes the past few years has been a lack of depth. We simply have been beat up by the end of the year. I also believe the staff took steps this year to build quality depth with the significant playing time given to freshman and sophomores. The staff also seems to be adding to the team's overall speed in recruiting efforts. I too am optimistic.
