Whether that be NCIS, Breaking Bad, etc..., it is still a form of fantasy.
I don't think it is infantilization (sic), just tapping into a market of people who's interests lie there.
Where is that line drawn? Is The Punisher considered in that fantasy realm? A gory, non-powers anti-hero who is trying to solve a crime spree?
I appreciate the idea that the market is oversaturated with these films, and, as a Marvel fan, I count myself lucky to be alive during this time period.
As another CBer posted, at some point the market will get oversaturated. My guess is that following A:Endgame, the market will slow down a bit.
