It seems like (and I stress 'seems' as I'm not an expert) that a portion of our players aren't improving year to year under the current staff.

Bushman - better stats and more impact in '17 than '18
Butch Pauu' - dropped off the map as career progressed
Jonah Trinnaman - better stats in '16 than '17
K. Tonga - I was hoping for a leap but seems about the same as last year (maybe he's already at max ability, which is really good obviously)
Troy Waner - dropping off map as career progresses
Nick Kurtz - More impact in '15 than '16
Harvey Langi - awesome as LB in '15, ok as DL in '16
Taysom - Ouch
Tanner - Double ouch

I'm sure I'm forgetting guys that have improved (Takitaki, Corbin, Zayne Anderson) under the cloud of depression, but still I'm a little concerned. Especially at the QB position.
