He needs to worry about his own side of the ball.
The offense is out of his control.
I feel like he’s holding his players back by forcing such a bland and predictable scheme. I love that they are relatively good at keeping points off the board, but I think there’s much more talent on the field than we’re seeing.
Coaching from fear never works long term. He needs to have confidence and let his guys go do it.
