With the installation of a new offense, it appears that we are on track for progressive improvement. We have a tendency to dwell on what's wrong, but I am enjoying what has been corrected, and each week I'm seeing improvements in our weaker elements . I am also seeing new faces emerging that are contributing, and that excites me. While many of the players remain the same, others are competing for playing time successfully. The coaches are building depth along with the scheme. I can put my support behind these coaches, and players, and think they will be much better as the season progresses.
