so I don't think it is unfair for fans to have high expectations as if last year had never happened. That's my point of view. I'm comparing this year's team against the program's history, not against that pee wee squad we all watched last year.

Everything has gotten better than last season obviously, however, we have a slim chance of pulling off something special in spite of some obvious weaknesses. There's nothing wrong with fans complaining about a senior QB who cannot make basic reads let alone special plays.
