As to Hifo he has definitely been under-thrown in my memory. One knock against him is less about ability and more about body type. The knock is that he is not a big guy. He is disadvantaged when battling for a ball that his been thrown short or too long. We need to find a way to use him for the superior talents that he does have though.

I like him in end around runs, slants, outs, screens, short in motion streaks and short posts. Short yardage 10-15 yards give him more of an advantage because he is fast and runs crisp routes. Kind of like how Collie was used the NFL. I would like the see him rarely take deep routes because we should have our taller WRs out there unless we have an ultra precise QB. I think also he would open things up for other wide receivers because he would help bleed them out in short yardage and destroy defensive confidence while building his own through receptions. Then when defense cheats up he can gut them going deep. Seems like this role would be ideal for him.
