It used to be better - better ingredients, fresher produce, etc. With expansion and private equity involvement came cost cuts. It just doesn’t taste as good as it did. But I wouldn’t be so extreme to say it’s gross, just not as good.

My biggest beef has been the change in the cilantro lime salad dressing. It lacks a lot of the flavor it once had. I also think (but don’t know this for sure) that they downgraded the quality of their meat. Its not as tender and moist and also lacks flavor.
