I love that area. About 4 years ago there was an awesome buy on Michigan Ave
That needed a decent amount of work, but still was a great price, and it was more on the east end of Michigan where you have million dollar plus homes. My wife and parents begged me to pull the trigger. Obviously, I didn’t and regret it to this day.
