What reason wld you ascribe to Roethlisberger playing in the MAC? Or Wentz
playing at ND? Or Flacco playing at Delaware?
BTW, I don't disagree that Allen is likely to disappoint, but there's no correlation with where he played.

Josh Allen is so overrated. There is a reason he played at Wyoming and not Boise State or USC. He's not as good.
